Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, package, and hand off your order to the shipping carrier. This does not include shipping transit time.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods (such as product launches, holidays, or sales), processing times may be longer. Any significant delays will be communicated via email or through the website.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and selected shipping method.
We currently ship to Canada.

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times may vary due to:
Carrier delays
Customs processing (for international orders)
Weather conditions
High-volume shipping periods
Charmed by Jaymie is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are non-refundable.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Charmed by Jaymie is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Charmed by Jaymie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking information indicates that a package was delivered, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided. We are happy to assist where possible, but resolution is ultimately the responsibility of the carrier.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website.
