Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.
5. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Charmed by Jaymie is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages unless otherwise required by law.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Refunds or replacements may be considered at our discretion if:
An item arrives damaged
The wrong item was received
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and must include proof of issue (such as photos). Items must be unused and in original condition.
